Karim Mahjoub

Senior Associate

Karim’s work includes private law, corporate formation, legal research, and the drafting and review of legal documents in civil and criminal matters. He supports the firm in court procedures, commercial agreements, and legal memoranda, providing structured and well-grounded analysis.

Karim holds a Master II in Private Law from the Lebanese University – Filière Francophone de Droit and completed advanced legal studies at the University of Paris II – Assas. He also earned a Diploma in Professional Mediation and Conciliation from LAMAC, in partnership with Sagesse University, after beginning his legal studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Beirut Arab University.

He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. He is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
